Since most of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience.
For Ground Shipping in continental United States there is flat rate of $9 plus $3 for each additional item. Ground orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged a flat rate of $18 plus $3 for each additional item.
For stroller orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii there is additional surcharge of 50 cents per pound.
REFUND & RETURN AND POLICIES:
You may return your purchase within 30 days for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price, no questions asked. We will even pay return shipping costs.
BACKORDER POLICY:
Occasionally some of our products may be backordered for a brief time. In the case of a backorder, you will be notified immediately of the expected ship date. There will be no charges placed until your order is available to be shipped. All backorders will ship immediately unless the order has been cancelled. To cancel an order please send us an email to sales@thetrendytote.com. You will receive an email confirming cancellation as long as the item has not shipped. If your order has been shipped already please refer to our return policy for further instructions.
